Terms of Service

MuseMVP Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MuseMVP, including its website, documentation, signed-in application area, admin surfaces, account system, file upload flows, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

MuseMVP is a full-stack SaaS product foundation focused on account flows, admin capability, documentation, uploads, API-related surfaces, and an extensible product structure. Some features may be marked as planned, beta, preview, or deployment-dependent. References to future capabilities, including possible payment or login integrations, do not create a binding obligation to release them on any specific timeline.

2. Eligibility And Registration

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to keep that information updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by authorized team members or collaborators using your credentials.

3. Account Security

You must protect your password, verification codes, recovery methods, API credentials, and devices. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, session, or API access has been compromised. We may require identity verification before restoring or changing access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MuseMVP only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, our privacy policy, and any community or conduct rules that apply to the relevant feature.

You must not:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or non-public areas of the service;
  • interfere with service availability, rate limits, security controls, or operational stability;
  • distribute malware, spam, phishing content, fraudulent materials, or abusive automated traffic;
  • upload or submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for the content, files, prompts, text, and materials you upload, submit, or transmit through MuseMVP. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use that content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service and to comply with law.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, workflows, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials.

7. Paid Services And Future Billing

The current deployment of MuseMVP may not enable a live payment flow by default. If a pricing page, subscription, order flow, or paid feature is later enabled, the pricing, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms displayed at purchase or in the relevant order flow will form part of your agreement with us.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees that have already been paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing or packaging prospectively with reasonable notice.

8. Service Changes, Availability, And Beta Features

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Preview, beta, roadmap, or planned features may be changed, delayed, or discontinued at any time.

9. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you breach these Terms or applicable law;
  • your use creates legal, security, or operational risk;
  • we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority;
  • your account remains inactive for an extended period and continued retention is no longer reasonable for the service model.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you request account deletion, data handling will follow our Privacy Policy and any legal retention requirements.

10. Disclaimers

MuseMVP is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of MuseMVP. If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if no such payment was made.

12. Governing Law And Disputes

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication. If that does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of MuseMVP after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
